What we collect
Only what you send us through an inquiry form: your name, email address, and — if you provide them — company, phone number and the details of your brief. We do not buy data and we do not enrich what you send.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry and, where it leads to work, to administer the resulting agreement. That is the legal basis of a pre-contractual request and our legitimate interest in responding to business contact.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Inquiries that do become part of the project record and are kept for as long as tax and contract law requires.
Who else sees it
Our email and hosting providers, as processors, and nobody else. We do not sell or share inquiry data for marketing.
Analytics
We use privacy-conscious, cookieless analytics that count page views and interactions without profiling individuals and without tracking you across other websites. Form contents are never sent to analytics.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion or restriction, and you can object to processing. Email us and we will answer. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Netherlands) or the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (Belgium).
